With many people now including the daily stretching routine into their work from home routines, some people may still feel stiffness or tightness through the upper back due to prolonged hours in a new workspace.

Targeted exercises may help to restore mobility.

Here are three simple and effective exercises you could incorporate into your work from home routine.  These are best completed as a continuous circuit three times throughout the day, working for the nominated time or reps. Ensure to relax throughout the movements, focusing on continuous and controlled breathing.
